The volunteers' recruitment for the 4th China (Beijing) International Animation Festival proceeds smoothly

The preparatory work of [Aniwow!2009] 4th China (Beijing) International Student Animation Festival has been started recently. Since the Executive Committee of Animation Festival began recruiting volunteers from all the students on campus via the online application process last month, as of June 10, over 160 students from different colleges in our university have carried out the online registration.

The Executive Committee of Animation Festival set up 14 groups, they are Co-ordination Group, Secretariat Group, News Advocacy Group, International Contact group, Domestic Contact Group, Reception Group, Prize Awarding Group, Works Sorting Group, Assessment Group, Data Management Group, Brand Design and Management Group, Opening Ceremony Group, Network Maintenance Group and Financial Logistics Group. Each group will carry on the selection of applicants in the near future, assigning them to suitable positions according to their interests and professional abilities. By then, the group leaders will carry out all the works of the Animation Festival in an orderly manner with the group member. They will become an important active force for the current Animation Festival.

The Executive Committee will attract a large number of student volunteers to participate in the planning and organization of the animation festival over the previous ones, which provided an international platform for students to show themselves. From last month volunteers overcame intense stresses and strains of work, and demonstrated good organization, coordination and management capability. So far, the guests and attendants gave high evaluations of their work.
