[Aniwow! 2009] Process of Registering and Works Submitting of White Poplar Award

1.Create New Account[Click to Create]

Participate in the White Poplar Award in the 4nd China (Beijing) International Student Animation Festival (CISAF), please register your user details at the beginning. Notice: the user detail is the important testification to check your condition for award and to inform you the news of the award. Please make sure your private information is correct and keep your username and password safely.

2.Login

Input your username and password for login. Notice: before the deadline, you could login to edit your information anytime you want.

3.Submit the Entry Form for Your Work

Click[My Works], input the information of your work. After that, system will give you an unchangeable WorkID (for upload the works). Notice: You can submit no more than THREE pieces of works. After the Committee checks the work, you could not edit the information of it anymore.

4.Submit Works

After submit the information of your work successfully, you could choose one of the following ways to submit the work:

• (1)FTP upload:
  FTP Address: ftp://ftp.aniwow-online.com
  Port: 21
  Each Entry Form has only one FTP username and password which was given by system. They will be sent to the E-mail of your account, check your E-mail in time, please. Upload your work to the default folder. If you can not get it or can not log in, please contact us as soon as possible.
• (2)Mail DVD or CD: Burn your Works as DVD or CD digital disc and send them to the address below. Please mark “White Poplar Award” and WorkID of the work on the back of envelope and on the surface of the disc.

5.Wait for Checking

The Committee will check the submitted works. If your work is permited to enter and is matching the user detail, the work will be accepted. Or you will receive the notice from the Committee.

6.Please check your E-mail and pay attention to your register condition. If you have any doubts for checking, or the final detail is different from your input, please contact us in time or it will delay your entry.

7.Besides sending E-mail, the announcements will be available on the website. Please pay attention.
